From XR-Hub 23.11 there’s the capability to integrate the App with Workspace ONE Intelligence. This opens a wide variety of getting an overview how the users are making use of the application and how it is performing – or not as it’s also recording App crashes.
The integration of XR Hub 23.11 needs to be done as Consumer App, the integrated Intelligence SDK is reporting the metrics.
There are two parts of the integration: First, registering the App with Workspace ONE Intelligence and second, creating an App Config and assigning it to the devices.
Let’s start with registering the App:
You can check the status in Workspace ONE Intelligence under Apps that before the registration of the first app it shows a 0 under the Intelligence SDK Apps:

Once done, note down the App ID as you will need it when sending out the App Config.

Launch the XR Hub and head over to Intelligence, you’ll now start to see various metrics (some need a bit time to be collected in more than one interval):
