Workspace ONE Intelligence 24.04.22
- New Features
- We added quick filters to the Experience Score and contributor dashboards to help with filtering for Poor scores.To use the quick filters, edit the global filter, search for the score, add a rule with the Includes or Equals operator, add the Poor value to the rule, and then save.
- We added insights to the Guided Root Cause Analysis (gRCA) feature for Horizon Logon Duration and App UI Unresponsive.
- Announcing the release of Intelligence SDK 24.3.0 for iOS.
- We now ship the Inteligence SDK for iOS with a Privacy Manifest as per Apple’s recommendations.

Workspace ONE Access SaaS Updates

- Quick Actions in Support Tab on Windows
From the Hub Services console, admins can now place on-demand Freestyle Workflows in the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub Support tab, enabling users to discover and use remediation workflows such as the following. - Workspace ONE Identity Services

Workspace ONE ITSM Connector for ServiceNow 5.0
- Support Multiple UEM Connections
Workspace ONE ITSM Connector introduces support for configuring and connecting to multiple Workspace ONE UEM instances to support some of our large customer deployments. This enables a single ServiceNow instance to connect with multiple Workspace ONE UEM (and Workspace ONE Intelligence) endpoints to fetch device-related information and perform remediation actions. - Lost Mode
Introducing a new Device Action called “Lost Mode” for iOS enables ServiceDesk to mark iOS devices as lost. This action will lock the device and allow the user to set up a message and a contact number to be displayed on the device lock screen - Update to Modern UI
We’ve upgraded our UI to a modern technology stack that enables functionalities like client-side search, pagination, etc. - Other Enhancements
- Remote Assist action has been shifted to a more prominent place to grant easier access to ServiceDesk to kickstart a troubleshooting session.
- In order to handle some edge cases around sending device notifications for Hub, a new configuration has been added for the admin to specify the name of the Intelligent Hub app so it can match the name in Workspace ONE UEM settings under Devices & User > Apple > Apple iOS.
- A new pod manifest version for Horizon Cloud pods in Microsoft Azure includes platform code improvements. More specifically, update to newer Azure Java SDK libraries.
- A new Horizon Agents Installer (HAI) version that is compatible with this release’s pod manifest.
Workspace ONE Assist Installer 24.03.01
- In this patch release, we have addressed an issue where Registration Check fails when launching an Assist session from the Workspace ONE UEM console.
- We encourage all customers to upgrade to the 24.03.01 version of the VMware Workspace One Assist Installer to take advantage of the improvements to device reachability.
- If you are upgrading from an older version of VMware Workspace One Assist Installer, be sure to visit the release notes page for an overview of additional features and improvements included in version 24.03.
- For those who have already downloaded and installed the version 24.03 GA package, there is no need to roll back. Instead, we recommend upgrading with the new package.

Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub 23.10.7 for Windows x86
- In this release, we’ve made a few updates containing general quality and performance improvements with no new features.
- HUBW-14279 – Fixed a ConnectionAborted error in Intelligent the Hub UI.
- HUBW-14585 – Fixed an issue with workflow logging exceptions when syncing.
- HUBW-14587 – Fixed an issue with AWCM commands that were not received and caused devices to not immediately install resources.
- HUBW-14610 – Fixed an issue with a crash on Hub UI Launch when a theme resource was missing.
- HUBW-14694 – Fixed an issue with baseline install statuses being inconsistent after a Hub upgrade to 23.10.5.0.

- As a marketing leader, one of the most exhilarating and rewarding undertakings is to define and activate a new brand. And it’s a rare opportunity to define a brand for an established business with industry-leading solutions. I’m privileged to have the opportunity to do both as the End-User Computing Division (EUC) prepares to be divested from Broadcom and become a standalone business under KKR ownership.
- I’m thrilled to introduce you to Omnissa — the future name of EUC. While we remain part of Broadcom until the KKR acquisition closes later this year, we are previewing our new brand at www.omnissa.com from May 6, and I want to share the story of what it stands for.
- The name Omnissa originated from a rigorous process that included our employees, customers, and partners. We asked these stakeholders to describe EUC and built our brand on this foundation.
System Migration Changes Impacting Workspace ONE and Horizon Customers (97841)
- The end-user computing (EUC) division of Broadcom will transition from VMware-hosted systems to EUC-hosted systems in April and May 2024. This transition is part of our preparation to become a standalone entity following the pending acquisition of EUC by KKR.

- System Migration Changes Impacting Workspace ONE and Horizon Customers (97841)
The end-user computing (EUC) division of Broadcom will transition from VMware-hosted systems to EUC-hosted systems in April and May 2024. This transition is part of our preparation to become a standalone entity following the pending acquisition of EUC by KKR. - VMware Support Transition to Broadcom (97304)
The process of transitioning to Broadcom systems and the necessary migration of VMware systems will begin at approximately 5:00 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, and conclude at approximately 8 a.m. PDT on Monday, May 6, 2024.
Starting 6-May-24, End User Computing (EUC) customers should contact EUC support at https://customerconnect.omnissa.com for any technical needs. - End of Life Announcement for the Legacy App Catalog in Workspace ONE UEM for SaaS UEM Customers (95774)
We are announcing the End of Life (EOL) for the UEM Legacy Catalog for UEM SaaS customers only at this time. If you are a On-Premises UEM Customer, this notice does not impact you at this time, further communications will follow for timelines on migrating On-Premises UEM Customers to the Intelligent Hub App Catalog. - Workspace ONE UEM – Updated requirements for on-premise cumulative patches (94706)
The base GA version for current Workspace ONE UEM releases is being revised through updated installers. On-premise customers will need to consume a revised installer for a given major version before any future cumulative patches can be deployed for that major version. These revised installers are required to address compatibility issues with regular cumulative patches. - Introducing Workspace ONE (WS1) UEM Next-Gen SaaS
VMware is excited to announce that the resource management & tracking improvements, the first major feature-based milestone in the Workspace ONE UEM Modernization Journey, is now available for customer testing. These improvements will be enabled in limited testing environments (CN135) starting on Thursday August 24, 2023.
